We want you to be happy with your CorPost order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Requesting a refund

You have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us about a refund. To start, email us at support@corpost.co with your order number and a short description of the issue.

Because of how our products are shipped, you may not be required to send the item back — in many cases we can resolve your request without a return. Please do not ship anything back to us before contacting us first; unrequested returns cannot be processed.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, email us at support@corpost.co right away with a photo if possible, so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us and we'll sort out a replacement or refund directly — you don't need to place a new order yourself.

Non-refundable items

We're unable to offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, email us at support@corpost.co within 14 days of delivery. To reduce hassle, we may issue your refund without requiring you to ship the item back, at our discretion.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind it can take extra time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't received it, please contact us at support@corpost.co.
