Thank you for shopping with CorPost. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer — if so, we'll let you know by email.

Shipping times

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 10–15 business days
  • European Union: 10–15 business days

Total estimated delivery (processing + shipping) is typically 12–18 business days from the day you place your order.

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, customs processing, and factors outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no surprise fees on delivery.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to become active after you receive it.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery may take longer than estimated due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Customs or import processing in your country
  • Public holidays or peak shopping seasons
  • Carrier delays or weather disruptions

We appreciate your patience if your order is delayed. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@corpost.co and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days at support@corpost.co so we can investigate with the carrier.
